At We Are Moné, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.

Cancellations

  • Order Cancellation: You may request a cancellation of your order if it has not yet been dispatched.
  • Delayed Orders: We offer a full refund or cancellation if your order is delayed for more than 7 days beyond our standard delivery timeline.

Refunds

  • Damaged Items: We will offer a full refund if the product is damaged upon receipt. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
  • Proof of Damage: To process a refund for a damaged item, you must provide unboxing video/photos of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.

Returns & Exchanges

  • No Returns Policy: We do not offer returns for change of mind once the product is delivered
  • Exchanges Only: We offer exchanges for products. If you have received an incorrect size or you want a different size for the same design or a defective item that is not damaged (e.g., manufacturing defect), please contact us to initiate an exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact to be eligible for an exchange.
